(상하이 2015년 12월 9일 PRNewswire=연합뉴스) 국제적으로 권위있는 인증기관 TUV Rheinland가 최근 테스트하고 인증한 N형 PERT 고효율성 단결정 실리콘 태양열 모듈(156mm*156mm 규격 60개)의 대량생산 출력이 300W을 돌파했다. 이 N형 PERT 모듈은 독자적으로 개발한 N형 고효율성 전기 기술, 신뢰도가 높은 재료, 첨단장비 및 완전자동 제조공정으로 제작됐다. 동일 부문에 속하는 단결정 실리콘 모듈의 출력이 300W 고지를 돌파한 것이 이번이 처음이다.

다른 전통적인 단결정 PV 모듈과 비교했을 때 N형 PERT 단결정 모듈(156mm*156mm 규격 60개)의 대량생산 출력은 업계 평균보다 10-15W 더 높다. 또한 CTM은 전통적인 P형 모듈보다 2% 더 낮고, 효율성은 18.4%가 넘는다. 이 모듈의 출력은 지난 2월 285W에서 10월 300W로 증가했다. 이와 같은 역사적인 기술 혁신은 HT-SAAE가 N형 PERT 태양열 모듈 부문에서 상당한 진전을 이뤘을 뿐만 아니라, 여전히 선두자리를 고수하고 있음을 나타내는 것이다. 이와 같은 성과는 HT-SAAE의 해외 시장 확장에 큰 가치를 부여하고, 고객 ROI(투자 수익)를 크게 높일 것이 분명하다.

그뿐만 아니라 N형 PERT 단결정 실리콘 태양열 모듈은 10800Pa 기계 부하 테스트를 통과했으며, 그에 따라 권위있는 제3자 국제기관인 CSA가 시험 및 인증하는 업계 최고의 부하 기록을 달성했다. 그 외에 이중 IEC 신뢰도 테스트도 통과했으며, 무엇보다 DH2000, TC400 및 HF20의 유도 저하가 모두 3% 미만이다. 이 테스트는 Milky Way 태양열 모듈이 혹독한 환경에 더 잘 적응할 수 있으며, 풍압과 설압이 높은 지역(특히 북부 일본, 독일, 네덜란드의 고위도 지역과 동유럽 같은 적설량이 높은 지역)에서 고객 수요를 충족시킬 수 있음을 증명했다.

HT-SAAE CTO Zhang Zhongwei 박사는 “Milky Way의 대량생산 출력의 효율성이 개선돼 모듈 설치 수를 줄이고, 평준화된 전기요금을 낮추며, 투자회수 기간을 단축시킬 수 있게 됐다”라며 “자사는 기술 연구와 개발 투자를 늘리고, 기존 Highway와 Milky Way 기술 혁신을 통해 모듈 대량생산 출력을 최대 310W까지 높일 계획”이라고 말했다.

HT-SAAE Milky Way Module of Mass Production Output Power Exceeds Industrial Milestone of 300W

SHANGHAI, Dec. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Recently tested and certified by TUV Rheinland, an internationally authoritative certification body, the mass production output power for N-type PERT high-efficiency mono-crystalline silicon solar module (based on 60 pieces of 156mm*156mm) has exceeded 300W. This N-type PERT module was made from independently developed N-Type high efficiency cell technology, highly reliable materials, advanced equipment and fully automated manufacturing procedure. This is the first time for mono-crystalline silicon modules of the same category to overcome the milestone output power of 300W.

Compared with other traditional mono-crystalline PV modules, the mass production output power for N-type PERT mono-crystalline modules (based on 60 pieces of 156mm*156mm) is 10~15W higher than the average industrial level, CTM of this module is 2% lower than traditional P-type modules, and the efficiency of the module reaches over 18.4%. The output power for this module has increased from 285W in February to 300W in October this year. This historical technical breakthrough not only indicates that HT-SAAE has made significant progress on N-type PERT solar modules but also maintains leading position on this technology. This achievement will no doubt provides significant value to the expansion of HT-SAAE's overseas markets and greatly improve its client's ROI (return of investment).

In addition, N-type PERT mono-crystalline silicon solar module has passed the full mechanical load test of 10800Pa, reaching the highest load level of the industry which is tested and certified by CSA, an international third party authoritative institution. Meanwhile, this series of products also passed double IEC reliability test. Above all, the induced degradation of DH2000, TC400 and HF20 are all lower than 3%. This test further proves that Milky Way solar module can better adapt to severe environments to satisfy customer demand in areas with high wind and snow pressures, especially in high latitude areas like north Japan, German, Netherlands and heavy snowfall areas such as East Europe.

Doctor Zhang Zhongwei, CTO of HT-SAAE, points out that, "The efficiency improvement on Milky Way's mass production output power can reduce module installation quantity and the levelized cost of electricity and meanwhile shorten the investment payback period. HT-SAAE will increase investment on technology research and development, and further raise module mass production output power up to 310W by making technical breakthrough on the existing Highway and Milky Way technology.
